Upon RSVPing on the Sign Up Genius for the consignment sale, you will be required to agree to the below Consignor Agreement in order to consign and receive your proceeds check. By consenting to this agreement, you confirm that you have carefully read and agree to all of the procedures in the Consignor Information as well as the terms stated below.

    ·         It is the consignor's responsibility to ensure that all items submitted to our sale comply with applicable law and that no items are the subject of any prior, pending or threatened recall notice or other consumer protection enforcement action as listed on the Consumer Protection Agency's website (cpcs.gov).

    ·         Consignors are requested to work at least four volunteer hours.

o    Consignors who work four full volunteer shift hours will receive 80% of the sales price for items sold. It is the consignor’s responsibility to sign in at the volunteer station prior to their shift, receive a name tag and check out after their shift is completed. If these steps are not followed, you will not be considered as completing a full volunteer shift.

o    Consignors who do not volunteer (or do not work an entire shift) will only receive 60% of the sales price for items sold.

    ·         The Brandermill Church and the Brandermill Church Consignment Sale is not responsible or liable for any item that is lost, stolen or damaged. The Brandermill Church and the Brandermill Church Consignment Sale will not be responsible for losses due to tags that become separated from items.

    ·         Sale officials reserve the right to reject any item considered unacceptable due to condition or improper tagging. If the item is rejected during the sale, it will be placed on the “reject rack.”  It is the consignor’s responsibility to check the reject rack for his/her items.

    ·         Pick-up of unsold items is Saturday, February 28th from 2:15pm to 3:15pm. It is the consignor’s responsibility to check all locations for their items. Any items not picked up by 3:15pm will be donated to charities immediately.

    ·         Checks are typically mailed within 15 business days from the date of the sale. Checks not cashed within 90 days from the date of issuance will be void and the proceeds will be donated to the church. Checks under $5.00 will not be issued and the proceeds will be donated to the sale’s missions. Misplaced/lost checks will not be reissued for 90 days from date of issuance.
